Cybersecurity Breach Report: AllerVie Health

In late December 2025, AllerVie Health identified a cybersecurity breach affecting patients’ personal data. This incident occurred between October 24 and November 3, involving unauthorized access to sensitive information, including Social Security numbers. Allegedly linked to the Anubis ransomware group, this breach may have exposed over 30,000 patient records.

In response, AllerVie Health has notified affected individuals and offered free credit monitoring services.

Gardner Health Services Data Breach Announced

Gardner Health Services in San Jose also confirmed a breach related to TriZetto Provider Solutions. Discovered on October 2, 2025, the breach involved unauthorized access to insurance records, with data such as Social Security numbers being compromised.

This is Gardner’s second breach this year, following a previous incident linked to the Cl0p ransomware group.
