Delft Circuits Welcomes New CEO and Raises €8 Million Funding

Delft Circuits is making waves in the quantum computing world with two major announcements. First, the company has welcomed Martin Danoesastro as its new Chief Executive Officer. With a stellar 25-year history at the Boston Consulting Group and a solid foundation in Applied Physics from TU Delft, Martin is poised to lead the company’s future growth. Alongside this leadership transition, Delft Circuits successfully extended its Series A funding by €8 million, rounding out the total to an impressive €15 million.

Investors both old and new, like DeepTech XL, High Tech Gründerfonds, and QuVest, have shown continued trust, while Paeonia Group and Waves Capital Partners come on board to support Delft Circuits’ ambitious vision. This injection of funds is set to turbocharge their flagship product, Cri/oFlex®, which innovatively tackles the typical thermal issues in quantum computing’s I/O setups.

Expanding Horizons with Strategic Investments

With this new financial backing, Delft Circuits aims to accelerate product development and step up manufacturing operations. Furthermore, they plan to strengthen the team with fresh technical talent. Expanding their global footprint is also on the agenda, with an eye on North America and Asia, thanks to Paeonia Group’s extensive network. This move follows other strategic initiatives, like launching a cutting-edge product roadmap and collaborating with Bluefors on integrating Cri/oFlex® with their dilution refrigerators.

These advancements not only set the stage for technological breakthroughs but also highlight Delft Circuits’ commitment to revolutionizing quantum computing. For those eager to delve into the details, the full press release is available on their website.
