Tectonic Labs Unveils PQ Wallet and Quantum Risk Audits

On February 19, 2026, Tectonic Labs introduced the PQ Wallet, an Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible browser extension designed to support post-quantum signatures. The company also launched PQ Audits, helping organizations shift to post-quantum cryptography in line with NIST standards. This launch is about taking quantum cryptography from theory to practice.

The PQ Wallet allows the use of Falcon-512 signatures, ensuring a smooth transition to quantum-resistant mechanisms without altering the foundational Ethereum setup. Mike Berman, co-CEO of Tectonic Labs, emphasized the importance of planning to prevent rushed transitions that pose risks. With this launch, Tectonic Labs is solidifying its position in enhancing Web3 security against emerging quantum threats.

A Versatile Solution for Enhanced Security

The PQ Wallet’s architecture supports Falcon-512 signatures, ensuring seamless operation across Ethereum and EVM-based chains. Tectonic Labs also offers PQ Audits to assess quantum vulnerabilities and devise migration strategies compliant with NIST standards. The wallet operates in two modes: “quantum-secure” for immediate post-quantum protection, and “quantum-ready” for traditional signing with future preparedness.

Halborn verified the wallet’s security, while PQ Audits come in two forms: a brief one-day review and a detailed evaluation including code analysis. Ron Kahat, Tectonic Labs’ co-CEO, highlighted that wallets are key for post-quantum readiness. Early sign-ups are open, with a wider launch anticipated later in 2026.
